Where the Message First Lived

The Origin

Born from
a God-given dream.

Live in 8 began as a God-given dream to our founder, Zulay. In 2007, she dreamed of what looked like a book cover with the words “Live in 8” and “La mejor manera de vivir.” At first, she did not fully understand the meaning. Over time, God revealed Live in 8 as a reminder that no matter what life looks like, with Him there is always a new beginning. What began as a dream became a message of hope, faith, renewal, and living each day with intention.

Then, during a New Year’s Eve service going into 2008, the pastor spoke about the number 8 representing new beginnings. In that moment, it clicked. Live in 8 meant living every day, not only every new year, knowing that with God there is always a new beginning.
